LOCAL PICK UP ONLY - ITEM DOES NOT SHIP 18" wide and 16" tall, ornate brightly colored portrait inlays, French attribution no key, chimes  and keeps time, but cannot wind it  without a key needs some case repair, missing on brass foot, some of the slate columns that hold brass finials have damage, as found weighs about 50 lbs
